About the Role
We are constantly testing and scaling new channels—both organic and paid—to connect with our users and drive growth. As a Growth Marketing Intern (3-6 months) at CallSupport, you’ll join a small, dynamic team where your contributions will have a direct impact. This hands-on role is ideal for someone passionate about demand generation marketing in a fast-paced SaaS startup. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment, learn, and grow quickly in an exciting, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Scout and manage influencers to create engaging content about CallSupport across platforms like YouTube (videos), LinkedIn, newsletters, and more.
- Manage organic content on social profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to engage and inform our audience about all things CallSupport.
- Collaborate with the design team to create compelling assets for ads and social media posts.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as case studies, testimonials, and sales-enabling content, while sharing valuable feedback with the product and sales teams.
- Organize and manage the creation of webinars, live-build sessions, and other educational content to engage and educate our users.
- Support paid ad management across different channels and experiment with new paid and organic marketing strategies.
- Help create and distribute content for our weekly newsletter to users.
- Display excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, as the role operates fully in English.

- Passion for marketing and digital channels.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of design tools and video editing is a bonus.
